I just came from the best yoga lesson I’ve ever had! The teacher was funny but tough and the routines were slow but intense. It was the perfect match 
during the cool down she offered everyone a face massage with esoteric oils, it was pure heaven! After the 75min lesson everybody, and I mean everybody, went up to her and thanked her for the wonderful exercise in person. You could see that she was really overwhelmed by it and so thankful to all of us. This just made my day, and it’s only Monday
