What better thing to to when your bored than going threw your kitchen for possible ingredients for something yummy! My friend Annika gave me this book with all these amazing recipes for cupcakes and muffins. They are just so easy to make and I could eat cupcakes at any time of the day, so here we go again 
Marble Cupcakes

12 cupcakes:
100g butter, softened
150g sugar
3 packets of vanilla sugar
3 eggs
150g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100ml whipping cream
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 170 ° C. Melt the butter with the sugar and stir 1 packet vanilla sugar creamy, then stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour with baking powder and mix with 100ml whipping cream alternately to the butter-egg mixture.
Spread half of the dough in the forms. Stir the cocoa powder into the other half. Spread the dark dough on top of the light dough. Pull a fork from the bottom up through the dough, so that marbling is created. Bake on the middle shelf about 20 minutes.
