Weekly Photo Challenge: Down.

My mom hates these pictures, she is afraid of heights :)

“Hanging above Colorado’s wild Arkansas River, the Royal Gorge Bridge is America’s highest suspension bridge and a legendary feat of engineering renowned the world over. Built in 1929 for $350,000, the cost today would easily exceed $15 million. But for those who venture across it, whether walking or driving, the experience is priceless.” Royal Gorge Bridge & Park

Weekly Photo Challenge: Regret.

I regret that I didn’t buy a second container..

This is my all time favorite ice cream: orange-chocolate by Sia! De-li-cious. Back when I was working at a street cafe, I sometimes had to take care of the ice cream counter. Most dangerous job ever, it’s like “Once you pop, you just can’t stop”. When you try one scoop of this flavor, you have to take one of that one too and the other one and the one next to it and [...] Thankfully I don’t work at that ice cream counter anymore, otherwise I would be the size of Switzerland by now! But every once in a while, I just can’t resist.. ;)

Weekly Photo Challenge: Ready.

Ready to make the next move!

This pictures are taken at the Kulturhuset in Stockholm, a library/theater/cinema/playground/café… And you can play chess there as well! :) It’s fun to watch them play, everyone is holding their breath waiting for the other one to make their move. Someday I want to play there too, even though it’s been a long long time since I played chess..
