Only in Sweden.

There are a couple of things that I noticed since I moved here, that only happen in Sweden. Especially during the winter period. Most of the phenomenons I saw a couple of weeks ago, when some of my friends and me went ice skating. Only thinking about them or looking at those pictures make me smile. It’s just so swedish..

Like taking you dog ice skating.

Or having a super cosy picnic on a lake.

Or my all time favorite: Taking you infant on a frozen lake, while you are ice skating.

Same same, but different.

The new year has finally arrived! How I longed for this to happen.. No day longer I wanted to be in the damned year that was 2012. And now here we are. But is it any different? Same 9 to 5 job, same problems, same wishes. But still. Maybe it’s the hope that is still left because it’s only january and nothing shitty has happened yet.

But one thing is for sure. It still is, and always will be, cold in Sweden!

23rd door.

Christmas market.

Yesterday it was finally time for me to visit the Christmas markets in Hamburg. Too much food, too much people, but it’s still worth it ;) Merry Christmas!
