When you live in Europe it is almost tragic if you confess that you have never been to Amsterdam before. And now that I am living closer to that mystical city than ever before, there were no excuses left not to go when I finally had the opportunity.

It was only 24 hours, but short and intense. We visited the flower market, saw the exhibition of Body Worlds, ate at a really good restaurant, visited the public library and crossed a million bridges. My favorite pictures in the end though where form the flower market because the rest just felt super touristy. ;)

I was in Amsterdam only once and also for only 24h, it was raining a lot so it was not the best trip but I liked what I saw, all the canals and the architecture impressed me :)
